VBS 2015 Registration “Journey off the Map”

Please fill out the following form to register your child for VBS 2015 at Christ Central Presbyterian Church / Korean Central Presbyterian Church. The form must be completed for each child of yours that will attend.

– 일시: 6월25일(목)~27일(토), 9:0am~3:00pm
– 대상: LOM, CM 어린이들

Early registration costs (May 1-May 31):$35/child
$25/child (for families with 3 or more children)

Late registration costs (June 1st – 7th): $45/child
$35/child (for families with 3 or more children)

Registration will be CLOSED on June 8th.

Please note, registration costs will be waived for any new visitors to our church for VBS 2015.
